Far East Restaurant-Bar
One of the oldest Asian restaurants in Athens, the Far East has mainly Chinese dishes, but also offers some Korean and other Asian specialties. It is located right in the centre of Athens, hidden within a small arcade. The interior is elegantly decorated in a traditional Chinese style, and the staff wear Chinese clothing. The appetizers and light dishes include all the classics of Asian cuisine such as spring rolls, won ton, hot and sour soup, and more. Featured main dishes include teppanyaki, black pepper beef, chili chicken, and “special fried rice.”
Wok 88
A casual, basically fast food restaurant, Wok 88 serves a variety of classic Chinese dishes, including dim sum meals. There is much to choose from, the service is very quick, and the food is very reasonably priced. The options include from noodle dishes with a number of toppings, chicken wings, Szechuan pork, fried rice, and more. The food is generally tasty, but nothing special.
