The menu is always changing, but some popular dishes include squid in egg lemon sauce, crayfish with lavender and moschato wine, pheasant sausage with parsnips, and pork tenderloin with apricot and ginger. In the summer, the tables are places outside and the menu offers somewhat simpler food at lower prices. Reservations are recommended. This Family run restaurant follows the tradition that started in Rhodes more than 30 years ago. The Athens establishment has moved recently to the heart of Athens, offering fine Greek cuisine, discovered in the small villages of the Greek islands, and served in a very professional and well choreographed manner. The dishes are a pleasure for the mouth and the eyes. A classic starters you can have a Green salad with "ynomyzithra", a sour fresh cheese, sesame, sea salt, olive oil from Sitia in Crete'', A classic main course is the fine veal steak marinated in broth from herbs, and at the end the desert of "Mille feuille" - A well kept secret recipe.
The owner of the restaurant Evvagelos Koumbiadis, is personally responsible for the recipes, as he is also the main chef. If you go there once, then the second time is sure you will find new dishes in the menu. Another secret of the place is that the service is part of the pleasure of eating there.
