Théâtre de Poche
Another French language theatre, this one was founded in 1951 by Roger Domani, who wanted to have a theatre where things were done his own way. With a history of vibrant, innovative performances, this theatre has a reputation for special productions. A variety of works are put on here, from the traditional to the avant garde. Domani bravely showcased some of the unknown talents of his own day who are now famous playwrights such as Genêt, Ionesco and Audiberti, and this tradition of experimentation continues.
