A shoe shop with an astonishing array of products, this is actually two shoe stores in one. On one side, they sell men’s and children’s shoes and on the other, women’s. The greatest variety is in women’s shoes, but there are many styles for the men to choose from as well. They carry all types of shoes imaginable in a variety of unique designs and brilliant colours. They also sell some beautiful women’s handbags.

Shoemanie
Located through an old-fashioned gate and courtyard, this two-floor shoe store is a wonderful place to shop if you’re up to a bit of treasure hunting. All manner of sizes, styles and colours of shoes can be found here and of quite good quality too. However, nothing is really very well organized. Shoe boxes are piled on top of each other around the shop and the shoes are displayed in their midst. You just need to walk around until you see the shoes you like. Prices are very low.

Nouchka
This is a chain with many shops throughout Belgium and three in Brussels alone. This branch is the most popular one, located at the entrance of the Galerie Louise. Their shoes range from the sensible to the flamboyant and trendy. There is a good selection for both men and women that includes sneakers, dress shoes, sandals and boots. In addition to shoes you can also buy handbags and other leather items here, such as wallets and even leather skirts. Prices are average, with occasional great deals.
