Nincs Pardon
A well-established club with an open, bohemian atmosphere, Nincs Pardon attracts a mixed crowd of locals and expats, young and middle aged. The interior contains multiple rooms, all with rustic, down-to-earth décor. The middle room is the main dance room, with big speakers suspended from the ceiling. The dancing usually doesn’t get going until after midnight. There is often live music, on both weekdays and weekends.

Leroy''s Beach Club
Located on the Danube, Leroy’s doubles as a restaurant during the day and a dance club at night. The dancing starts around 11 pm, usually to an assortment of house, latin, rock, and pop music. After 11 pm it is still possible to order food such as chips and salsa and other snacks. They also serve excellent wine and offer a wide selection of drinks from around the world.

Undergrass
A popular dance club in an accessible central location, Undergrass is a great place to either dance or hang out and chat. There is a long bar with comfortable stools as well as some tables in the back. The dance floor is in the second room, which is not very large, but has a fun, hip atmosphere even when crowded. Friday and Saturday nights feature “the best of funky music,” and are the nights that attract the youngest crowd.

Bank Dance Hall
This is the biggest disco in the downtown area, and includes two levels of dance floors. The main feature of the ground floor dance space is the huge video screen, and there are also some tables to sit at. The upper dance floor is larger and includes a stage. The DJs here play mostly the most popular recent hits, and often talk to the crowd in-between numbers.
Club Seven
A lively club near to Blaha Lujza ter, Club Seven has lots of room for dancing, but even so gets very crowded as the night goes on. It is a popular club with students as well as people in their 30’s. The music is mainly funk and house. There is a bar area as well, which is a relaxing place to sit and talk.
Piaf
This night club is full of character and includes a room with heavy curtains and intimate booths where people can sit and drink while listening to quiet music. Then there is a steep stairwell down to the basement, where a completely different atmosphere reigns. This is a large room with a small dancefloor and some tables, and features loud lively dance music. There is an entrance price here , so hang onto your ticket for the evening.
