Hong Kong Pearl Garden
This was one of the first Chinese restaurants in Budapest and is probably the best. The food is of high quality and the service is friendly and efficient. A wide range of traditional Chinese dishes are offered, many of which are vegetarian. They range from mild to spicy, and all use very fresh and tasty ingredients. A good option if you want to sample different dishes is the Mixed Selection. The average cost here is around 4000 Fr. Credit cards are accepted.

This restaurant opened ten years ago and is another great place to go for Chinese. The dishes are authentic Sichuan and Bejing cuisine, and the chef Csen Fulin has an excellent reputation and used to work in a five-star hotel in Beijing. A distinctive feature of the restaurant is the lovely winter garden, a peaceful area under a glass roof, filled with rocks, plants and fish. Take out and delivery are available. No credit cards are accepted.
