The staff is very friendly, and there is always nice Indian music playing in the background. Take-out and home delivery are possible. The average cost here is around 3000 Fr. Bombay Palace
Part of a chain of nice Indian restaurants, the Bombay Palace has good food and elegant decor. It is lit with several chandeliers and has nice tablecloths and furnishings and a flurry of attentive waiters. The food is decent, but not exceptional, and uses spices a bit too sparingly to be really authentic. The Tandoori dishes are the best, featuring chicken and other meats cooked to tender perfection in a special clay oven. The vegetable curries are also quite good. Reservations are recommended. The price for a meal averages around 4200 Fr and credit cards are accepted.
