Kasmir
This restaurant is dedicated to North Indian cuisine, and is very popular with the natives of Copenhagen. Dishes range from mild to spicy, and you can usually specify the degree of spiciness you prefer for your chosen dish. There is a wide variety of nice appetizers, and main course specialties include lamb aloo, slowly baked with spices, bright red tandoori chicken with cumin, and many flavours of freshly baked nan bread. There are many delicious vegetarian dishes, usually featuring lentils or chick peas, served in a tomato or yoghurt sauce. The décor is sumptuous and exotic, with floors and walls covered in beautiful handmade Indian carpets. Prices range from 45- 120 kr for individual main courses, and the set menus are between 125 - 175 kr. All major credit cards are accepted.
