El Mesón
Located downtown, this earthy and friendly restaurant offers a variety of traditional Spanish dishes. Specialties include beef spiced with spearmint, lamb in a honey sauce, and especially paella Valenciano. This signature paella includes rice, chicken, ham, shrimp, lobster, squid, green beans and peas, and is intended for two people. The interior is comfortably furnished, with old, smooth wooden tables, hanging earthen pottery, and candles. The staff is helpful and eager to explain dishes or suggest wines. Prices range from 120 - 200 kr. All major credit cards are accepted.
