Avoca Handweavers
This store is full of really beautiful handwoven products, and offers a variety of blankets, sweaters, scarves, hats, and children’s clothing and toys. All of the wool is woven in the Vale of Avoca in the Wicklow Mountains. The shop is extensive, covering three floors, and in addition to woven products, they also sell pottery, jewellery, art, and more, much of it handmade. On the top floor there is a café with a great lunch menu.

Blarney Woollen Mills
This is a shop aimed at tourists, stocking many of the traditional products Ireland is famous for. Located right across from Trinity College, it features all kinds of knitwear and some woven woollen products, including hats, scarves, mittens, sweaters, baby clothes, shawls, and blankets. The woollens are all well-made and come in a vibrant array of colours. The shop also sells Irish crystal, china, pottery, and other local souvenirs.

George''s Street Arcade
The series of shops and stalls in the George’s Street Arcade is the perfect place to look for a distinctive gift from Dublin. The arcade is situated in a large, atmospheric Victorian building and is a bustling, popular place to shop. Their is a wide selection of items for sale, from the traditional to the exotic. Some of the best merchants include Claudio’s wines, selling fine wines from all over the world, Lara Lu’s chocolaterie and food stall, and the New Moon jewellery store, one of the oldest establishments in the arcade, which sells delicate silver jewellery as well as ethnic pieces from Indonesia. There are also some funky, hip clothing shop such as Lowkey, and some high-end jewellers such as Barry Doyle, located upstairs. This store features handmade gold and silver jewellery, fancy cufflinks, and a beautiful selection of designer rings.

DESIGNyard
Located in the Temple Bar area, DESIGNyard is a jewellery emporium with a really beautiful and distinctive selection. The pieces on display are made by the best Irish jewellery designers, in fresh and hip styles, and much of it is actually affordable. Everything on display is for sale, and it is also possible to commission a custom work if you make an appointment.
