This sophisticated restaurant is also a space where exhibitions are held, and is sometimes used for conferences. The food here is traditional Japanese, but some local Florentine dishes have found their way in as well. Among the Japanese specialties are sushi, sashimi, tekkadon and miso soup. The restaurant is artistically laid out, with unusual spaces spread out on different levels. The décor is also something special, with beautiful Japanese carved partitions and a vaulted ceiling where the bricks show through. Prices average between € 25 – 30. It is best to make a reservation.
