The only Vietnamese restaurant in the city, this one is special for its sophisticated atmosphere and high quality food. Vietnamese cuisine has been influenced by the French, and this restaurant emphasizes these French elements in their selection of dishes. The food is well-prepared and made with the goal of bringing out the characteristic delicate flavours of Vietnamese food. There are a number of meat, seafood and vegetable dishes, all served with rice and in their own special sauce.
