The Biancalani is a combination of traditional and modern restaurant: American bar with Mediterranean atmosphere and individual cocktail creations. Warm colours, the 300 years old terracotta floor from Tuscany, the glassed kitchen and the view to the Walther-von-Chronberg square invites to dine just in the style of Mediterranean easiness. They serve dishes from Tuscany and Emilian cuisine as well as other specialities of the Mediterranean regions and countries. The restaurant is complemented by a “ad hoc” shop. Here guests can buy wines, self produced olive oil and Mediterranean specialities.

This modern wine bar in the building of Goethe’s birthplace offers 120 open wines.
