Tandure
At Tandure they serve Anatolian specialities from the clay oven. The name Tandure derives from the oven from the Anatolian plateau which is heated with beech and oak wood. Served are luxurious portions of grilled and stewed lamb, calf and turkey specialities as well as vegetarian dishes. The ambience with its combination of stone walls, light half timbered wood and woven fabric appears very authentically.
