Art Galleries
Istanbul has over a hundred galleries which offer a huge variety of artistic and cultural activities. Even most of the Turkish banks have an art gallery and private collections. The owners are in most of the cases women who are artists themselves or art lovers who come from the noble families of Istanbul and give a feminine touch to their galleries. Most of them have a small café where you can have a drink after your excursion.

The Tem gallery brought many original works of world famous artists such as Giacometti, Miro, Hartung ect. Tem’s focus lies on activities which bring art to a wider audience.
