Emek Movie Theater
Opened in Beyoglu in the 1920’s as “Melek Sinemasi” the Emek Movie Theatre became an important part of the International Istanbul Film Festival which it hosts for over 23 years. The cinema has 875 seats. Although it was renovated in 1993, the seats on the balcony are still in their original state. The screen is 10 m x 10 m and a four channel digital extra sound system is available. Mondays and Thursdays the Emek offers a discount which is also valid for elderly people and disabled. Reservations are not possible and credit cards are also not accepted.

Profilo Odeon Cineplex
This cinema is located in the Profilo Shopping Mall (PAM). It was opened in 1998 and has 456 seats in seven halls. All halls are equipped with Dolby digital audio system, giant convex system and stadium seating. You can make reservations via phone. If you go on Tuesday and Thursday you get a discount on every screening. At the weekends the prices are slightly higher than during the week. The cinema provides special seats for wheelchairs.

Feriye, Ortaköy
This cinema is located in the former stables of the Ciragan Palace since 1996. The three halls have a total of 382 seats and a Dolby digital surround system. The screen is 4 m x 8 m. Before or after the movie you can have a coffee, read a magazine or chat with friends in the café in the foyer from which you have a nice view over the Bosporus. Discount day is Thursday.

Tepe Cinemaxx
In 2002 this movie theatre was opened in the Kadiköy Tepe Nautilus Shopping Mall. It has 8 halls with 1224 seats, a Dolby digital surround system and screens of 7.5 m x 3.5 m in the VIP hall. Discount day is Wednesday. Prices are higher at the weekend.

This old cinema in Beyoglu shows European artistic movies. In its three halls it has 438 seats in total and a Dolby digital system. Discount day is Wednesday.

Dolmabahce Cinebonus
The cinema was opened at G-Mall in 2003. It has 6 halls with a total of 638 seats. They also have couple seats and poufs for the front seats. Discount day is Monday and they provide free parking. Sometimes the premieres of popular films take place at this movie theatre.
