Lux
This is known as one of Lisbon's best clubs. It is located in a warehouse just a short walk from Santa Apolonia train station and is partly owned by actor John Malkovich. As you step in, you walk through a labyrinth if different spaces designed with dramatically lighting, deep sofas and retro furniture. Some of Europe's best DJ's play cutting edge music downstairs, while the top floor has a more relaxed atmosphere with alternative music.

Kapital
Kapital is known as the club for the rich. It attracts mainly a crowd that has a lot of money and rich wannabes. Each of its well designed floors plays a different style of music and the top floor is a VIP lounge that attracts businessmen and politicians. If you are among the lucky ones who passed the doorman, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the port from the top floor.

Docks Club
This riverside club over looks the water of Tagus river and attracts a crowd of thirty something years old. The interior is extremely inviting with large sofas and comfortable armchairs that just let you enjoy great drinks before hitting the dance floor. The music is varied from pop to 80's and trance.

Fragil
This club exists since 1983 and attracts mostly gay men and women, but also many heterosexual that appreciate the house, techno and electronic music. Fragil is not very big and has only one bar that serves the crowd, but the atmosphere is great and friendly. Although it opens officially at 11.30 pm, it really gets going only at around 2 am.
Incognito
This is one of the city's oldest clubs that plays varied styles of music from 80's to pop, indie, grove, rap and techno. It is easy to miss the entrance and you should ring the bell to get in. The friendly crowd is a mix of gays and straights and the lively dance floor is located at the basement.
