This restaurant makes the authenitc Neapolitan pizza like no other, and is one of the most popular pizzarias with the locals. It is unusual in that they only make pizza Margherita or Marinara, which both include only tomato, garlic, mozzarella, oregano, and oil as toppings. Da Michele points out that these are the original varieties of pizza, and that adding too many other things causes one to lose the real taste.
