Livingstone This is a Vietnamese restaurant in 1e arrondissement, (why it's called Livingstone is a mystery). The décor is strange, half-way between East and West, but the waiters are attentive and the food is good. The wine list is pricey, but the food prices are more moderate. They usually play cool Vietnamese music, and the desserts are unusual and delicious.
