Café Louvre
Elegant Art Nouveau Cafe in Národni Street which was opened in 1902. Famous visitors include Kafka, Capek or Einstein. Due to its civil character the café was closed during the communist period and reopened in 1992. It is a nice place to meet friends for coffee or tea, for breakfast or for lunch.

Café Milena
The café has its name from Kafka’s lover, Milena Jesenká. It is located on the first floor of a historic building directly on the market square. From here you have a nice view to the astrological clock.

Café Slavia
The famous Café Slavia opposite the National Theatre was opened for the first time in 1881 and advanced very quickly to a meeting point for artists and intellectuals. Questions of ownership led to the closure of the café in 1991 but already 6 years later it was reopened again in an Art Deco design of the 1930s. A good place to have a coffee or a desert after a hard working day or a visit in a theatre. You can have a nice view over the Prague Castle.

A famous café on the Pasáz Platýz serving coffee, tea, cookies, bagels and carrot cake. A special shop sells coffee from all over the world. The café has an internet access.

Kavárna Obecní dům
One of the nicest cafés in Prague in Art Nouveau Style with a high ceiling, big windows, mirrors and crystal chandeliers. Big choice of coffees, teas, drinks, salads and small dishes, sandwiches and deserts. Breakfast from 7.30 am. Every evening bar piano.
Tonino Lamborghini Pastacaffé
Trendy Italian Café ans restaurant which is run by the ambience chain. Breakfast, appetizer, salads, sandwiches, pita bread, pasta and deserts. The café has two locations in the city.

U zlatého tygra
This beer restaurant is a traditional Pilsen bar with an authentic atmosphere of Old Prague. They serve excellent Pilsen 12° lager with delicious warm or cold meals. This beer restaurant was the first location to get beer-cheese regularly in Prague.
