Old Town and City Gallery Prague
The City Gallery Prague is located in a beautiful 14th century Old Town Hall and hosts work from the 19th and 20th century in its permanent exhibition with some special exhibitions of working artists paying attention to international contemporary trends. The permanent exhibition includes works of Alphonse Mucha, Jaroslay Cermak, Vaclav Brozik,m Emil Filla, Ladislav Saloun, Frantisek Bilek and others.

The House of the Black Madonna
Initially built as a department store by Josef Gocár, the Black Madonna is one of the most exquisite Cubist buildings in Europe. The inside is home to a permanent exhibition of Czech Cubism between 1911 and 1919 and international art from the first half of the 20th century. On regular basis you can find individual exhibits portraying works of a wide range of artistic disciplines and an idea of the remarkable variety of the Cubist school.

Czech Museum of Fine Arts
Founded in 1963 as a regional gallery the Czech Museum of Fine Arts was originally housed in in Nelahozeves Castle near Prague. In 1971 it was relocated into three baroque buildings on Husova Street in the Old Town. The museum hosts temporary exhibitions of 20th century Czech art and retrospectives of foreign artists.

Prague Castle Gallery
The Prague Castle Gallery includes around 400 paintings and drawings from the 16th to the 18th century, among them some examples of the legendary collection of Rudolph II. Regarded as the most valuable paintings in the collection are Titian''s Toilet of a Young Lady, Tintoretto''s Flagellation of Christ and Rubens''s The Assembly of the Olympic Gods. Major works of Hans von Aachen, Domenico Fetti, Bartolomeo Spranger, Paolo Veronese and Jacopo Bassano are also exhibited.
The National Gallery
The exhibitions of the National Gallery are hosted in six locations:
1. The Sternberg Palace which is the main building if the National Gallery and exhibits European art from the 14th to the 18th century but excluding Czech artists. The collection includes works of Holbein, Dürer, Bruegel, Rubens, van Dyck, Goya, van Gogh, Picasso and Braque.

2. The St. George’s Convent which exhibits early Czech art, Bohemian paintings and sculptures from the medieval times to 18th. The collection includes paintings by Vyssi Brod Altar, Magister Theodorik and sculptures of Skreta, Kupecky, Rainer, Brokoff and Braun.

3. The Convent of St Agnes of Bohemia is an extension of the collection of the St. George’s Convent. The Convent of St Agnes features nineteenth-century Czech art, mainly in nationalist and neo-Gothic styles.

4. The Trade Fair Palace – Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art hosts an exhibition of 20th century Czech art as well as some European worgks from the late 19th and early 20th century.
