They use authentic spices imported from Turkey and it gives the food that extra something special. The restaurant is very simply decorated inside, but has a beautiful courtyard and terrace. They also have a children’s menu.
Mastika
A romantic, long-established restaurant, Mastika has great food and an artistically-decorated interior. There is a wide choice of appetizers as well as main courses, and they feature some excellent Turkish housewine. They offer dishes that are halal, lactose free, and gluten free, as well as a children’s menu. The staff can be a bit miserly, as they won’t give out tap water, but aside from this are generally friendly and helpful.
