This club is a cut above the typical Tallinn hang-out, and used to be a members-only establishment. If you like somewhere with a little more class than the ones full of party animal students, this is a great place to try. It has a great reputation and is fairly exclusive, and features good dance music and hip white artwork on black walls. A giant painting of Bacchus is placed over the dance floor, where he can observe the revelries with pride.

Angel
This was Tallinn’s first gay club, and is one of the most fun clubs in town. They are exclusive about who they let enter, however, and it’s strictly gays only. During the day the place is a café where everyone is welcome, but the club nights are men only. Angel becomes a hotbed of delicious debauchery, and has great music, cool décor, and a very fun-loving, open atmosphere.

Club Parlament
This club is full of a bronzed, bleached blonde trendy student crowd. The outfits can definitely border on the tarty, and the club is known for its fun-loving party atmosphere and is extremely popular. There are also frequent live music events held here. Women get in free until 11 pm, but men always have to pay full price.

Moskva
Moskva is located just outside of the Old Town, and therefore has far fewer tourists than some of the other clubs. It’s known as a hangout for young and sexy locals, many of whom are probably consciously avoiding the touristy venues. This is the perfect place to come if you want great music and hip local atmosphere. Entrance prices are quite reasonable.

Terrarium
This zooey club is appropriately named, featuring a wild mass of young gyrating bodies. There are two dance floors, both of which get packed late at night. The club offers theme nights such as “Ladies Paradise” and “Best of the 90s.” There is a great bar and you can expect some fun-loving drunken revelry here.
Venus Club
This location has been a club for a very long time, and was a Soviet disco during the 1950s. Entrance for women is free or at a discount, so there are always plenty of nice girls who then attract the boys. The bar here is good and the music features lots of pop party tunes and some techno. The club also features erotic go-go dancers, which has helped it to become one of the most popular hangouts in the city.
