T-Särgi Kelder (T-Shirt Cellar)
This is an interesting shop dedicated to t-shirts. There are tees of all sizes and descriptions, and all of them have interesting designs or graphics. This is a fun, crazy shop where if you’re lucky, you can find some of the coolest clothes in Tallinn.
