There is also a good variety of pop, rock, classical, jazz, and more, and they stock recording labels from all over Europe and abroad. If you are only looking for specific CDs, the staff is happy to tell you over the phone if they are in stock.

An extensive store, Plato carries a varied selection of CDs and DVDs, and they also have a website through which you can check which items are in stock at any time, as well as place orders. The shop has a good stock of recordings in almost all genres, though is weaker on classical and jazz.
Free Record Shop
This store carries CDs, DVDs, and games, and has a rather limited music selection. The emphasis is on pop, rock, hip hop, and folk, with smatterings of other genres. The DVD selection is good, and there are always some great bargains on offer. This store is one of many Free Record Shop locations in The Hague.
