This gallery features a wide range of artists, mainly Dutch, whose works represent a diverse array of contemporary styles. There are usually many paintings on display here, including abstract, minimalist, naturalistic, and other styles, and made with a variety of mediums and techniques. The gallery website has some great photos of both past and current exhibitions.

Galerie Utrecht
This gallery is one of the top galleries in the Netherlands for contemporary art, and also has a location in Amsterdam. They specialize in contemporary figurative art and feature works by many international artists. Most of the items for sale are paintings, though you will often find sculptures on display as well. The exhibitions are diverse and varied, and often feature the works of two artists at one time.
Opening times: Mon - Sat 11 am - 5 pm, Sun 12 pm - 5 pm

This excellent gallery is located on a side street right in the centre of Utrecht, near to the Dom Cathedral. They have a great selection of works to look at, and feature modern Dutch art, oil paintings, drawings, and sculptures. Many prestigious Dutch artists have had exhibitions here, as well as some excitingand avant garde up-and-coming artists.

Galerie Quintessens
This gallery specializes in modern and contemporary art and photography. There is a nice variety of works exhibited here by interesting Dutch artists as well as several foreign ones. The art on display can be anything from “classic modern” to experimental and avant-garde.
