A beautiful weekly market specializing in flowers and plants of many varieties, the Janskerkhof Flower Market is sure to brighten your day. They sell all manner of lovely cut flowers and flower arrangements of whatever is in season, as well as individual flowering plants in pots, groundcover, and many other small plants intended for planting in the garden or a planter.

St. Jacobsstraat Market
This market always has something unique and varies from week to week, as it features second-hand goods of all sorts. It is a great place to browse for the surprising and unexpected, but what you can always expect to find includes books, furniture, antiques and curios, clothes, random junk, and much more. Not every item is second-hand—some stalls also sell new items.

Vredenburg Market
Probably Utrecht’s most popular outdoor market, the Vredenburg market is principally a farmer’s market, though there is a wide range of non-food items for sale as well. In addition to an appetizing assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses, fish, meats, bread, and other prepared foods, you will find several clothing, jewellery, and accessory stalls, as well as ones selling general bric-a-brac.
