El Corte Inglés
This is a department store, one of the biggest and most widely distributed in Spain. It includes a large book section with a fairly good selection in English, French and German. Their strongest categories are fiction and cooking books. There are also many books on Spain, Valencia sites, and some useful maps for sale.
FNAC
A Spanish branch of a French chain store, FNAC has a great selection of books, including a fair amount in English and French. All major genres of literature are represented, and they also have a good nonfiction, cooking, and children’s section. They also carry CDs and a variety of maps.
