Herbaty Swiata Akso
The Polish are very discerning about their tea, and this excellent shop offers a wonderfully diverse array of gourmet teas, arranged in appealing little jars and tins. They also sell tea accessories, such as pots, cups, mugs, and more, some of which have beautiful Oriental patterns, as well as some other little odds and ends. This is a great place to find a gift for anyone who appreciates a good pot of tea.
Cepelia
This is one of a series of shops set up by the Cepelia Foundation, which sell traditional craft items and other works of art in an effort to promote both Polish folk art and contemporary art in Warsaw. It’s a fascinating shop to visit at any time of year, but they usually go all-out during the holiday seasons. The items for sale are unique and beautifully made, and include Boleslawiec pottery, furniture, stained glass, woven and embroidered tablecloths and other items, dolls, and more.

Unikat
This is a popular place to shop for souvenirs and gifts, yet isn’t as kitchy and overpriced as the average tourist trap. They have a wide range of traditional Polish goods, including dolls, some lovely amber jewellery, wood carvings, religious art, decorative glass pieces, T-shirts, and of course the usual keychains, postcards, and refrigerator magnets.
