Cancellation is possible until any time of day 26 days prior to the check-in date with a penalty of 20% of the reservation total.

Cancellation from any time of day 25 days prior to the check-in date until any time of day 15 days prior to the check-in date, will incur a penalty of 30% of the reservation total.

Cancellation from any time of day 14 days prior to the check-in date until any time of day 7 days prior to the check-in date, will incur a penalty of 50% of the reservation total.

Cancellation from any time of day 6 days prior to the check-in date until any time of day 3 days prior to the check-in date, will incur a penalty of 70% of the reservation total.

A no-show or a cancellation from any time of day 2 days prior to the check-in date onwards, will incur a penalty of 100% of the reservation total.
