Positive Comments

It was within 2.5 blocks from train station.

Negative Comments

The desk person was not very nice. He was actually quite rude and would not try to correct wrongs. He walked off in the middle of our conversation as to shut me up by saying, "write a complaint to the manager."

General Comments

PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL! This is NOT a four star hotel. Honestly, I have stayed in some dumps in some third world countries that are truly better than this place. The management should begin by hiring people with social skills. My main complaint was that the sliding doors to the balcony did not lock so I requested another room as I feared for the safety of my family and possessions. The desk person stated that my request was not a valid one and thus he could not give me a different room. I am currently looking for another hotel. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID. BOOKING AGENCIES, be true to your customers, drop this listing from your referrals.
