General Reservation Handling & Features

• Occupancy graph gives a user friendly overview of all current and future stays. Filtering possible for optional reservations
• Quick room reservation form based on grouping of room types, availability and prices
• Single room reservation
• Multiple reservations with one reservation holder occupying several rooms
• Group reservation with same multiple number of roomtypes
• Edit an existing reservation, such as 'Arrival / departure date change', 'assign different rooms', 'Room Swap', 'Room change', 'Split a reservation stay in different rooms'
• Supports special offers
• Single use rates (double for single use)
• M persons in a capacity-N room
• Custom prices for different partners with the possibility to limit sales down a channel (limited allotment)

Reporting:

• Overview of current stays

Invoicing, accounting

• Monthly overview of financial reports, including total turnover, total payable commissions per channel
• Future required financial reports will be added based on hotel inquiries
• Multi-user support: ORCA is using state of the art SQL server as its back-end, which means it can be use by by multiple users simultaneously

Channel-Manager

• Add / Edit channels: Process and availability are synchronized with the selected channels
• Reservations from channels & Booking-Engine are automatically entered into the PMS.

Agent / Corparate prices / availability / Booking via booking engine

• Agent / Corporate prices: Similar to the Channels, prices/ availability can be provided within the PMS and the data is then available on the booking-engine which allows for direct bookings from the property´s website

FULL integration into the booking-engine

• Booking-Engine directly connected to the PMS, prices and room availability are able to communicate in full mode. Up stream: for updating prices and availability including special offers Down stream: made reservations/cancellations are inserted automatically into the PMS

• We know that every hotel has its unique procedures of handling its own customers. Our program is not delivered as it is: we are fully committed to giving you the support in order to simulate your own unique environment. Only this way will you be able to fully integrate a software that will help you in automating manual procedures. Whenever and wherever it is needed we will try to customize the application to your needs!
