Kontoyiannis House was first built in the 1840's by Yiannis Kontoyiannis. It was re-modernized in the 1990's by his daughter Polixeni and son in law Andreas Tsangarides. There is a history of the house on our website and a history of the village if you want to have a look! It is a traditional village house, which has been converted into four spacious apartments under the village ‘AGROTOURISM’ scheme sponsored by the Cyprus Tourist Organization and is a member of the Cyprus Agrotourism Company. KALAVASOS is a typical Cypriot village with a close-knit community very friendly, quiet and caring to its visitors. It is in an excellent location being 5 minutes drive from ‘Governors Beach’ (a quiet area with secluded beaches and restaurants), 5 minutes from Zigy fishing village with very nice fish restaurants. 20 minutes from Limassol, 35 minutes from Nicosia, 30 minutes from Larnaca and Larnaca Airport and about an hour from Paphos. So it is very well situated and offers easy access to all travelers wishing to visit other parts of Cyprus The house is very near the village square and all amenities. It has its own secluded courtyard offering peace and privacy to its occupants - each apartment has it own patio. It consist of four large self contained apartments. Three being of one bedroom (2 beds) and the other being two bedrooms (4 beds). Each apartment has the capacity to sleep 2 extra, has a lounge/kitchen with TV and is equipped with both air conditioning and central heating. So is ideal for summer or winter holidays.

Stornierungen

Stornierung ohne Strafe ist möglich bis zu jeder Tageszeit 60 Tage vor Anreisedatum mit einer Strafe in Höhe von 20% des Gesamtreservierungsbetrages.

Bei einer Stornierung danach oder einer No-Show, wird eine Strafe fällig in Höhe von 1 Nacht Aufenthalt.
