This was our first time travelling lower budget and moving from place to place so we were a little worried about standards and service. The staff at the Phoenix were fantastic! nothing was too much trouble they gave sound advice about trips, where to move to next and booked flights and hotels for us. The room was spotless and the food fresh and tasty. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Because of the stairs it is not suitable for people who need wheelchair access.
