Set just outside the Vatican Walls, B&B Ai 2 Papi is 10 minutes' walk from Valle Aurelia Metro Station. It features a peaceful garden and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, a kettle and minibar. Rooms are all on the ground floor and have warm colour schemes and modern bathrooms with a hairdryer, toiletries and slippers. Guests can relax in the lounge and out in the garden where you will find a terrace with sofas. An Italian breakfast is available in the shared kitchen each morning. B&B Ai 2 Papi is set in a peaceful residential area of Rome with St Peter's Square just 15 minutes' walk away. You have great metro and bus links to Termini Train Station and other landmarks along the A line, including the Spanish Steps. Front desk is open from 7:30 am until 12:30 pm. You can check in until 10 pm, or after 10 pm with a surcharge. Either way, you must let B&B Ai 2 Papi know your expected arrival time when booking. The cleaning of the room, change of bed linen and towels is every 3 days, and of course every guest change. City tax 3,5 EUR per person per night is not included in the rates.
