Very disappointed with this hotel. They were unable to provide us with a kettle in the room although there were only 2 rooms occupied! The spa was not available as they were doing work on it - although they said we could visit a sports complex 10 minutes away, this was not ideal as this was one of the main reasons we booked. They have also withdrawn the complimentary transport into the city - but gave it to us begrudgingly. We found we had to ask for everything as nothing was actually offered. There are no balconies in the whole hotel and forget the mini-bar it doesn't exist. I would say this is a 3 star hotel at a push- definitely not a 4 star. Bare in mind that it is a way from the city center and if you happen to have 'city views' (the train station) it is very noisy with freight trains stopping throughout the night.

How did this hotel get stars? we stayed here May 24th and 25th, and it was not worth the money firstly its out of town a bit but the hotel at self is not up to standard - the pool isn't built, the massage isn't available, there is a lot of noise and construction going on at the hotel When we checked in we were placed in room 208, the door didn't lock, so after we complained they moved us to room 203 which was still under construction. there was also no shuttle into town, we had to get a taxi which the hotel did pay for this hotel was not what was advertised
