With 39 individually decorated bedrooms and 1 suites split between “Le Mas” and “La Bastide” there is an infinite choice of classically designed rooms all of which combine creativity and style with the latest in technology. “Le Mas”, an old XVIIIth century farmhouse, has been totally renovated and refurbished to provide 19 bedrooms and a suite most of which have private terraces. The more recent “Bastide” or Manor house, which blends perfectly with landscaped setting of the property, also has 19 rooms and a suite all of which have large, private terraces. The gastronomic restaurant “Le Candille”, awarded 16/20 by the Gault & Millau guide within 6 months of opening, offers an opportunity to discover Mediterranean food either in the warm and romantic atmosphere of the restaurant itself or under the shade of magnificent pine and olive trees on the terrace overlooking Grasse. “La Pergola”, a more casual restaurant beside a shimmering mirror pool with mountain views over Grasse, is “the place for breakfast” in the summer and offers guests an alternative luncheon or light dining venue throughout the day. Two air- conditioned meeting rooms, each approximately 45m2, can accommodate up to 30 guests according to the style of meeting room layout and are supported with the latest technology in terms of telecommunications and meeting room equipment. For those in pursuit of leisure and relaxation, the hotel offers two heated outdoor pools, sundecks, one Jacuzzis, the first Shiseido spa in Europe offering the unique Qi method treatments and a petanque pitch.
