The hotel is in the centre of the old city, close to many good restaurants and shops. It is rumoured that there is a secret tunnel to the castle on the hill top behind the hotel. The hotel was formerly a nunnery and was built by the Marquis del Campo about 450 years ago. It is 800 metres from the beach and has 43 recently renovated rooms, all with television, air conditioning ceiling fans, safe security boxes and en-suite bathrooms. A continental breakfast is included in the price of the room. In the restaurant you can enjoy a nice meal, or a drink. There are activities to suit everyone in and around Denia, including golf, sailing, scuba diving, kite surfing, jet skiing, mountain biking, and climbing. However some people come just to enjoy the 20 kilometres of beautiful beaches!
