  • Garden side (back), the old stone-avon. Approximately 300 years old. It's very unusual for dimension. Inside of it can stay about 24 kg of bread.

  • The avon, the well, and the secluded garden. Under the wonderful "sea" of grape leaves there are tables and a fresh place to stay in summer.

  • Park and pool at sunset from the top of the park. Usually we have wonderful and pacefull sunset. So many people move the armchairs from the pool to the top to admire the colurs of the sky.

  • The resturant and the brekfast room. That's it in tuscan cousine style. Tables restore from '800 tuscan style (original). The restaurant in passo dei pecorai it's historic. Managed from casprini's since 1913.

  • We have to mention. At Casprini's there is a unique collection of chianti classico. That's the most complete and biggest collection of chianties from 1911. There are about 32000 bottles. A place to visit, to learn about or real tipical wines, and to drink with a traditional plate at the restaurant.

The residence hotel in passo dei pecorai is a ancient Etruscan place. passo dei pecorai means pass of the shepherds. That meant and still mean that you are in a centre of Tuscany. In 1-1.5 hours you can reach ALL tourist places in Tuscany. Seaside, Mountains, cities and art centers. The old restored building has 7 apartments and half rooms of the hotel. The hotel is near the street and the bus stop. Easy to arrive with public transportation even stay here, leave the car and use the bus to go to Florence downtown historic center. No problem to drive and park. The cost actually for a ticket is about 2,60 one way/person. many busses in the morning to the center, many back in the afternoon to the village. The all location is between Florence (23-Dome) and Greve in Chianti (7km), easy to arrive on the fastest and easiest way to Chianti (SP3). The rooms and apartments are restored saving the structure and the atmosphere of this regiion.
