During the winter Selva di Cadore is a well knowed ski resort. Civetta ski resort offers more than 80 kilometers of excellent Ski slopes and night skiing and it is part of the immense Dolomiti Superski area. During the summer the hole area is perfect for both active and cultural experiences. Hiking - biking (annual mountain bike Civetta Superbike race) - paragliding - climbing - guided tours - first world war museums - local museums of history - folklore and much more. Biking is very special around here, during the spring - summer and early fall. Hard but tempting... Suggestive and special.... The magic of Dolomites is only here. Something to try - at list once in the life - for a real bike's enthusiast. We can assist you to plan the best tours and trips from reasonable easy to most challenging... Selva di Cadore is a Dolomitic little tiny village. We are proud to keep it away from the distructive mass tourism and we have been choosing an alternative way to work with tourism. Of course it is our primary businnes but we don't consider it as an industry as many alpine villages are actually doing. Loosing respect for themselves and for their guests and transmitting a wrong idea of nature - silent mountains - active sport and meditation - and the joy to be in a very special place. Hotel Ca' del Bosco offers 8 Classic single/double/triple rooms - 2 large Mansard rooms - 2 elegant and raffinate Junior Suites. We cater mainly for individuals and small groups. Carola is personally taking care of the chitcken. Our hotel is mentioned in the Red Guide Michelin 2004 and it is one of the very few hotels of the Belluno Province (only 30) awarded of the Quality Hotel Veneto Region 2004. The nearest airports are Venice Airport Marco Polo (at 137 Kilometers) and Treviso airport (at 115 Kilometers). We can organize a shuttle from and to both airports at fair prices.
