This year the Gouverneur Joops Hotel in Haarlem has opened a new restaurant, De Gouverneur. Its a nice and cosy restaurant, just like the hotel. The personell is very friendly and the chef makes excellent dishes for a good price. The menu offers a wide diversity. Every month you can enjoy a new 3 course menu in a sociable and warm atmosphere. In the winter there is a nice fire burning in the fireplace and in the summer guests can enjoy their wine and dish in the restaurant or in the beautiful secret garden.
