Just to let you know that apart from September being a fantastic month to visit the beaches of Denia in Spain it is also the month of our "International Dance Festival". This fiesta lasts for a week and every night a dance group from a different country will put on a free performance. What makes it spectacularly different is that the performances take place in the late evening in an open-air amphitheatre in the town centre under the shadow of the Moorish castle walls. It is impossible to describe the feeling of sitting in the moonlight on a warm summers night watching the enthusiasm of a Cossack dance group or the grace of the Ballet de Sevilla! The festival ends with an evening of local Valencian dances where everyone is welcome to join in under the instruction of the local dancers in traditional dress. Hostal Loreto is ideally situated for this fiesta being situated just two hundred metres from the amphitheatre and within easy walking distance of the town centre and many good bars and restaurants. From the hotel it is only a ten minute walk to the beaches so both your days and evenings are taken care of. It is also possible to pop over to Ibiza on the fast ferry for a night or two of another sort of dancing! Be right in the centre of things and stay at Hostal Loreto in Denia. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning.
