Not only business travellers and tourist from both countries will profit but also the city of Berlin expects a positive contribution to the German tourism and economy sectors. This direct connection to Asia is also an important step for Hainan Airlines which wants to expand to the German and European market.

The airline offers moderately priced tickets and short flying times. It has, furthermore, established a reputation as a service-oriented and reliable airline and now intends to turn its name into a world brand. Flights will operate every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and will be served by an airbus A330-200. It consists of 186 seats in economy and 36 in business class of which all are equipped with individual screens. Business travellers will reap the benefits of comfortable schedules and modern seats that can be extended to flat beds which make long distance flights more convenient.

From Beijing travellers have the opportunity to get to 50 destinations in China as well as other Asian countries. Over all Hainan Airlines operates to 90 Chinese and international destinations and with that places itself as the fourth biggest Chinese Airline on the market. Inland flights in China include Xi’an, Taiyuan, Urumchi, Guangzhou, Lanzhou and Dalian while international flights from Beijing can be booked to Budapest, Brussels, Osaka, Novosibirsk and St. Petersburg.

The airline belongs to the HNA Group and has received already many rewards for its good deals, its customer oriented service and its punctuality. A trip from Berlin to Beijing will have an introductory price of 455 Euro incl. tax and fees. This attractive price intends to animate travellers on both sides to trans-national mobility.
