Positive Comments

This is the second time I have stayed here and I was impressed with the efficient and courteous and accommodating staff. My room was comfortable, quiet and provided me with everything that I expected. A big bonus for me was the coffeee maker that is present in the rooms.

General Comments

I would definitely recommend this establishment. It's clean, affordable, staff are helpful and the location is dead right. Even though it is on a fairly bust street, I was not disturbed by traffic noise. It's a short walk to Puerta del Sol, the Prado, Retiro and well serviced by metro and buses.
