We are located in the Costa Ballena state development in Rota (Cádiz), on the beach, bordering the Resort’s 18 + 9-hole golf course designed by José María Olazábal and very close to the towns of Rota, Sanlúcar, Chipiona, Jerez and Puerto de Santa Maria. The complex has privileged views and offers an ideal environment for lovers of golf, the sea, culture and great food. The architectural design of the Hotel is Mediterranean-style, with 4 floors. It has spacious rooms and services for children, and is designed to offer activities all year round, even in winter. We have a complete Thalasso-therapy centre, a Convention Centre with capacity for 700 people and the golf course, which is located in the same neighborhood. ROOMS: The hotel has a total of 234 rooms, all with private terraces or balconies with marvellous views of the sea, the golf course and our superb gardens. Out of 213 Double rooms, 6 are adapted for use by disabled guests, measuring 30 square metres, all of them with private balconies or terraces of 5,10m2, with superb views of the sea, the golf course and the marvellous gardens. 12 Junior Suites of 39 m2 all of them situated on the top floor of the hotel with private balconies or terraces of 21 m2 with superb views of the sea and the golf course. 8 Suites of 40 m2 located in the best parts of the building, providing an individual lounge which ensures total privacy, all have large terraces of 22m2 with unbeatable views of the sea and the golf course. 1 Presidential Suite, of almost 60 m2 which offers a private lounge area, two bedrooms and two complete bathrooms with bath and shower, and a huge terrace with an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean.
