  • Ses Rotges recipe First of all, find an ancient Mallorcan mansion located in Cala Ratjada, a charming little village on the northeast coastline of the largest of the Balearic Island, Mallorca. Secondly, put Gérard Tétard and his son William to work in the kitchen where they will enjoy themselves as they turn out a wide range of creative and traditional dishes with a French accent, keeping a close eye on the best and freshest products the market has to offer every day. Next, add the atmosphere created by Laurence Tétard and her son Alex whose main aim is to make their customers feel at home. Finally, dont forget the chefs special seasoning: the heartfelt desire that he, his family and the rest of the team will provide their guests with a totally satisfying and memorable experience.
