Cancellation from any time of day 19 days prior to the check-in date until any time of day 14 days prior to the check-in date, will incur a penalty of 50% of the deposit.

Cancellation from any time of day 13 days prior to the check-in date until any time of day 6 days prior to the check-in date, will incur a penalty of 80% of the reservation total.

Cancellation at any time of day 5 days prior to the check-in date, will incur a penalty of 100% of the reservation total.

A no-show or a cancellation from any time of day 4 days prior to the check-in date onwards, will incur a penalty of 100% of the reservation total.
