Air conditioning has to be turned on by the desk clerk and only one person knows how to turn on the AC, and he isn't always there. You're in bad luck if that person isn't there, it is incredibly hot without the AC. What's the point of having it if you can't use it when you need it. Some desk clerks speak NO english at all, despite what their web site says.
