The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Johnsonin the reception and Angelo in the restaurant.

Menu could be much better, more Spanish speciality. Breakfast could perhaps have more choices, for the hot dishes.

Value for money, location to palma and airport for short stay (no travelling times)clean, staff very friendly and can do attitute good breakfast.

Sound proofing of rooms. Room - bit in a corner and small balcony. Did request room away from noise of bar and was on first floor although ok after 10.30

have a child pool separate to adult pool
service could be better to pool guests - not proactive. Everyone goes to shops to buy large water - why not sell large bottles during 10 to 5 at more than .75 euros (shop price). Your large bottle is not large and 2 euros. healthy lunch option like yogurt and fruit + water to avoid people going down the road for lunch if not on full board.
good pedicure/manicure at hairdresser opposite - advertise in rooms this service (at their cost)
