We arrived late in the evening. Anatolia suites did not have the reserved room available. The receptionist told us that they did not
had a room with sea view at all. They had only a room in the hotel at the other side of the street. Because we got angry he promised us an other room (not with sea view) for the other day. In the room in the other hotel we stayed for one night. It was a new room but is was in a
cellar with only high windows at street level. We couldn't find this an acceptable room because we couldn't open a window at street level because there where cats outside, the air co didn't work and we didn't had a view at all. The breakfast in the morning was minimal. Only with bread and some pre-packed jam and cheese spread. We didn't want to stay there any longer and I didn't wanted to paid 80 euro's for a night in a cellar in stead of a room with sea view. We paid 60 euro and we left the place and took a hotel somewhere else.I didn't find it necessary to write this story on internet, but because we have booked with your organisation and you asked for it I give you this response.
(ToBook: the comments were send to the hotel. Hotel apologized for what is happened and offered the guest a free stay.)
